Who is responsible

The controller of your personal data is Přemysl Vlček, a sole trader in the Czech Republic trading as Silverden, IČO 01989812, registered office Břevnická 1588, 583 01 Chotěboř. He is entered in the Czech Trade Register kept by the Chotěboř Municipal Office. You can reach him at [email protected].

What we collect and why

When you send the contact form, we receive your name, company (optional), email address and message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you want, to prepare an offer. The legal basis is steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)).

If you write to [email protected], your message passes through Cloudflare Email Routing to our Gmail mailbox. We use it the same way as a form message.

To keep out spam, Cloudflare Turnstile loads with the page and looks at technical signals from your browser before the form is sent. It does not set cookies for this site.

If you book a call, Cal.com receives your name, email address, the time you choose and anything you write in the booking form, and puts the meeting in our calendar. The legal basis is the same as for the form.

Who processes it for us

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, runs the spam check, and forwards the form and your emails to our mailbox.

Cal.com, Inc. runs the booking page.

Google holds our mailbox and calendar. All of them may process data outside the EU under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

We keep form messages, emails and bookings for 12 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless they become part of a contract we must keep longer by law.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, and a copy in a portable format, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected].

You can also complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů (uoou.gov.cz).
